To help you explore more features of Security CDN, EdgeNext offers a free trial plan. Once claimed, you can quickly experience the capabilities of the product.

Limitations

Eligibility

 The Security CDN free trial is available to new users only. Only the primary account is eligible to claim the trial, and each account may redeem the trial once only.

Billing Model

 The trial plan is provided as a prepaid package and can be activated free of charge.

Included Resources

 The trial plan includes 5 domains and 50 GB of secure acceleration traffic.

 Security acceleration services will be suspended once the included traffic quota is exceeded.

Trial Period

 The free trial is valid for 14 days starting from the activation time.

 Example: If the trial is activated at 15:00:00 on May 1, 2025, the expiration time will be 23:59:59 on May 15, 2025.

Trial Expiration

 Security acceleration services will stop automatically once the trial expires. To continue using the service, please purchase a paid plan before expiration.

Renewal Policy

 The trial plan does not support renewal.

Activation Notice

 To ensure platform security and prevent fraudulent registrations, a valid credit card is required for identity verification before activating the free trial.

 During the free trial period:

1. No charges will be applied immediately.
   
2. No automatic charges will occur unless auto-renewal is enabled or you upgrade to a paid plan.
   
3. You may remove or update your credit card information at any time.
   
4. Charges will only apply if you manually upgrade to a paid plan or exceed the included free trial quota.
   

 Please ensure that your credit card supports online and international transactions to complete the verification process successfully.

 If you encounter any issues during card verification or trial activation, please contact technical support for assistance.

Activation Steps

 Sign in to the Security CDN console. If your account has never purchased a Security CDN plan before, you can click the “Free Trial” button to activate the trial plan and start exploring the service.

Upgrade Instructions

As long as the trial period is still active, you may upgrade at any time to a paid plan, including Basic, Advanced, Business, or Enterprise editions.
Once upgraded, you will receive full access to Security CDN’s secure acceleration services.

1. Log in to the Security CDN Console.

2. In the left navigation menu, click Service Overview.

3. In the top-right corner of the overview page, click Upgrade.

   
   

4. On the upgrade page, select the Basic Plan.

5. The system will scan your current configuration and check compatibility with the selected plan. If there are unsupported features, they will be listed.

6. Click Next. Any unsupported features will be automatically disabled, and you will be redirected to the Order Confirmation page.

7. Submit the order and proceed to payment. Once the payment is complete, you will be redirected to the console and the upgrade will be finalized.
