Ban Management
Ban Management provides a centralized interface for viewing and managing IP ban records generated by security protection policies.
When client requests trigger security policies such as Access Control, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Application-layer DDoS Protection, or Bot Protection, the system may automatically apply a temporary ban to the source IP address according to the configured rules, helping reduce the impact of malicious traffic on your services.
In addition to querying ban records, Ban Management also provides ban statistics, ban reason tracing, rule identification, and manual unban capabilities. These features help users quickly investigate false positives and optimize security policy configurations.
Notes
Unbanning Does Not Modify Security Policies
Manual unbanning only removes the current ban status.
If the client triggers the same security rule again, the system will automatically reapply the ban.
Unbanned Records Are Retained for 180 Days
The system retains unbanned records for 180 days by default.
Users can review ban and unban details through historical records for auditing and troubleshooting purposes.
